Our member Susana Diaz (Susie) featured at the Young Archer Magazine
Our Archer Susie Diaz is only 9 yrs old but her passion for the sports of archery is huge. She started archery at Miami Springs Archery Club and joined Li’l Abner Foundation on September 2017. From that date on, Susie not only has evolved like one of the most active competitors our archery program has, but one of the most successful also. With her Dad’s support Susie has competed and earned the following places in Local, State and National events.
2017 State Target Championships – 2nd place, 2017 North America Field Archery Championship -3rd place, 2018 USA Archery JOAD Indoor Nationals -5th Place, 2018 State Indoor Championships NFAA – 3rd Place, 2018 International Field – 4th Place, 2018 Rovin 3D Tournament -1st Place , 2018 Sunshine State Games 720 Round – 3rd Place, 2018 Sunshine State Games 3D round -1st Place , 2018 Junior Olympic Archery JOAD State Championship—2nd place.
